From Hampton Blvd turn onto 45th Street. (if coming from downtown Norfolk/Midtown Tunnel turn left onto 45th from Hampton Blvd. If coming from Naval Base to the University turn right onto 45th from Hampton Blvd). The Lions Child Study Center is the first building on your right hand side and they gave us permission to park in the parking lot for that building without a parking permit.
